StyledbyNeshiaRaye, it’s more than just hair, it’s an experience. I’m A’Neshia, a braider with over 2 decades of hands on experience turning crowns into confidence. Since 2006, I’ve been perfecting my craft, specializing in protective styles that not only look good but keep your natural hair healthy. I take pride in creating a peaceful, professional environment where you feel seen, valued, and leave looking your absolute best. Before You Book 📖 Please Read 💇🏽♀️ • Hair Prep Policy: Your hair must be fully washed, detangled, and blown out/straightened before your appointment. If I have to blow dry your hair, there will be a $35 service fee added. NO EXCEPTIONS‼️ • Time Management: I do not rush my work. Please plan accordingly when booking your appointment so we can achieve the best results without time pressure. • Braiding Hair Provided: All services include premium braiding hair at no extra charge, just come with your hair prepped and ready. If a special request for hair preference is needed please contact me a week before your appointment. • Deposit & Booking: Deposits are non-refundable and REQUIRED to secure your spot. No deposit = no appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS! • Late Policy: A 10 minute grace period applies. After that, a $10 late fee will be added. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment WILL be cancelled. • No Extra Guests: Please come alone‼️ No kids, friends, or additional guests during your service. NO EXCEPTIONS‼️ If a child under 10 is being serviced, parents are NOT allowed to sit during appointment. • Cancellations/Reschedules: Must be done at least 24 hours in advance. • Final Payment: Remaining balance must be paid on booking site AT THE START of your service. (Payment Plan options are available) • Respect the Process: Healthy hair is a priority. If I feel your hair is not in a condition to be braided safely, I will recommend treatment or rescheduling.
CANCELLATION POLICY
I totally get that life happens, but please respect my time just like I respect yours. 📅 Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. This gives me time to fill your spot with someone else. ⏰ Late Cancellations: Any appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the service fee. 🚫 No-Shows: If you don’t show up and don’t communicate, you will be charged 100% of the service fee and may be restricted from booking in the future. 💳 Card on File Required: A card is required to book. No charges outside of deposits will be made unless you violate the policy. If a stored card is removed when cancelling appointment, you will be BANNED from make future appointments.
